My game lost all text and some buttons are invisible

There is no font in game and a lot of buttons are invisible.
I have already reinstalled game, cleard cache, troubleshoot google play store, reconnected google account etc. I have not installed new aps before this happend.
I have not found anything on this issue on FAQ or forums.
I have sent ticket to support but I can’t provide Account identifier. I don’t remember what that was before all font decided to go away.

Any ideas?

I think if you actually have access to the in-game support button, that it will autopopulate your account ID for you.
