My party was comprised of Aramis, Queen Anne, Ogima, Ariel & Cupido.
All party members except Queen Anne and Aramis received both the Bard’s 5% & Cupid’s healing bonus.
It’s because you have multiple Musketeers. Both the bard and Cupid family bonuses only apply to solo heroes. So you can unfortunately only use one of them if you want the bonuses.

Oh ok, I thought it was just within the each unique family you could only have one. Thanks for clarifying
