I suppose you are reffering to the 95/85 hero cap.?
I have no idea how you got that bugged. When did this happen?
Also the 3 pictures show all your summons? Then you should have (quick maths) 45 summons?

Ummm. When you do gem summons, it allows you to hold more than your cap. You wont be able to get more from farming tho.
