I use Mitsuko I think this hero is better

Both are among best red cards. You will want both.

I’d go with the one you can put emblems on first, but the other one would be next in line.

If that doesn’t settle it, then following may: do you have maxed Marjana? If not, go Gefjon. If yes, go Mitsuko.

Go with Gefjon then. Gefjon - Gravemaker - Puss will make a nice red trio. With Mitsuko instead they may lack firepower.

Also looks like you are not using your ranger emblems on anyone.
