Missing Ninja Tower Flags

I fought through my second day of ninja tower and decided to use a flask so I could jump ahead 10 more levels. I used 3 flags this morning before life got in the way, and when I logged on a little bit ago I only had 2 unused flags instead of 7.

The flask gives you 5 flags not 10
