I have received low level heroes as reward for completed levels of teltoc challenge but never received them in my heros tab! It’s happened at least twice last time at 2:37 pm eat. Level 6 of guardians of teltoc. I have tried logging out and back in but they never appear.
Was your roster possibly full already when you did the level? That would have prevented you from receiving the heroes in the loot award.
If not, I’m out of ideas. Your best bet would be to open a support ticket. Here’s how to do that:
