I recently purchased a lot of gems to purchase the various summer incentives as well as the Jurassic package. After I was thru I still had 6600+ gems. While at work I turned on my phone and 6000 of my gems were gone. Does anyone know how to fix this or has this happened to anyone else? Its so frustrating!!

Usually they get in contact with you within 1-2 business days. I would wait 1 more day and send another if they dont come back at you

The same thing just happened to me. This morning I had over 800 gems. I logged in after work, and I only have 77. Did you ever figure this out? Or get your gems back?
Can you take a look at your Recent Activity log on the Support tab and see if there is any activity that explains the missing gems?
There is nothing in my recent activity to explain a sudden disappearance of over 700 gems
A co leader in my alliance had 1000 gems missing.
A support ticket will follow, but im wondering if this is happening system-wide at this time or if this is an isolated problem 20 September 2019

@zephyr1 not sure how to go about this but I purchased the 4800 gems in the shop but they never showed up. I checked recent activity and it doesnt show the purchase either but my bank account shows the money taken out? Do I call someone or email or post here? Now I purchased this yesterday without problem and both my bank account and my recent activity show such.
