Missing apology gift

My daughter’s account received a “we’re sorry for the problems connecting” gift of 1 of each flask, about an hour or two ago.

My account hasn’t gotten this still. Is it still rolling out, or what? Could really use the world energy flask with all of this going at once. And the Titan flask for other reasons.

They probably only gave them to accounts that were connected during the time span where the connection problems were occurring.

you probably weren’t connected anytime during that time period.

Meant to put that in my post — neither account was online. It happened at about 3 am local time, and I can get router logs showing there was no activity from her iPad or iPhone at the time (especially since the iPad was on my bedside table and the iPhone was downstairs charging).
