Finally figured out how to make a new post!
Anyways, on 2/14/2021 at 5:30AM I spent a lot of gems on the event summons. I got 2 bonus draws but didn’t receive either of them.
If you go into the support menu (Gear icon, support), you can look at “Recent Activity”. Make sure the heroes show there. Then you have the information you need to open a support ticket (on the same tab). No one on the forum can directly help you with this, unfortunately.

Already looked there. They don’t show up in recent activity either.
If they aren’t on recent activity then unfortunately, as far as the game is concerned, you didn’t get the heroes.
Your only course is to get in contact with the support team:
