I have Misandra at 3.70… after using her for a while I would vote Miki! Misandra’s hit and mana gain from single hit is mediocre at best. Only if you’re lucky, is she great.

Miki is probably the pick but one consideration for Misandra if you typically use a mono blue team with average speed heroes. If they have costume bonus, mana troops (lv 5) and/or mana node via emblems, she can help them proc after 9 tiles, effectively turning your team fast.
For example, I have 3 blue mana troops at 5 or greater (1 at over 11) and I can launch all specials at 9 tiles in a blue mono team that includes any combo of Misandra, Karil-c, Richard-c, Grimm, Boril-c plus already fast heroes like Sonya and Triton. The caveat is that Misandra has to fire before the heroes that need the extra mana boost.
(note that you don’t need to use the costume versions, just that they have the costume bonus)
