Ω Mirages of Omega : limit breaker quest

For the first 4 levels I used Rigard +18, Cobalt +7, Boril with CB +8, Gullinburst +19, Wu Kong with CB + 19 and level 11 mana troops for Boril and Wu Kong.

And I limit broke Frosty and Kiril.

So for the last level I used instead of Rigard limit-broken Kiril 4.70 +3 (no costume bonus). Unfortunately Rigard’s healing and cleanse was not very useful against the ndispellable 75% healing decrease and I opted for the shared damage between blues. I used also a couple of Dragon Attacks and Bombs and 10 minor mana potions to power up either Gulli, Kiril or Boril.

Oh I fully agree with you there. It’s not a matter of if, but when additional Limit Break levels become available.

Just finished… first wave of final stage was oddly tough, mostly because I couldn’t get a blue tile at all. Had to use tornadoes just for the mana (boooo).
Raffaele’s healing to 50% is “immune” to the healing debuff the enemies cast, so that’s super helpful.

Also noticed minions are very helpful in this battle since you can’t really do ailments or anything, if you don’t have enough strong blue minion makers should be your next choice. I even traded out Vela since or debuff is worthless for Freya and that made it better.

Went with mono blue. Shared damage is huge and Kiril’s defense buff is also important.

First 4 levels are pretty straight forward. For last stage, I bought axes, bombs, dragon attacks to get ready for carpet bombing (just in case). Ended up board is pretty good and I took time to get heroes fully charged and even got a blue diamond ready for the boss wave. Did not use carpet bombing at all. Only a few minor mana potion and then a few axes to finish off.

Why would you not use them on 3 stars? There’s a massive abundance of the weak aethers, and 3 stars get the largest stat boost.

I’m glad the 5 stars will have to wait forimit breaking. I think limit breaks should have only applied to 3 and 4 star heroes in the first place.

I used…Kiril, Grazul, Magni, Alice and Richard.
Used 3 tornadoes and 1 time stop. I may have gotten by with none of those, but I just wanted to insure the win.

Tiedy twice before that with other teams and keep losing key people before the end.

I used this team:

Used some axes to clear mobs without wasting special skills and small mana potions.

Noor was my only survivor on last stage… His sparrows take out the bosses minions, and then you can SLOWLY grind them down. Time stops or freezes would help but i didn’t have any. Proteus and Dragon attacks not working is a real bummer.

I used dark team - Freya, Aeron, Domitia, C Sartana & Obakan for final stage.
None of the heroes is casting buffs on enemies, so my spells were 100% unchanged by the enemies’ resistance. Came to the bosses with all the Freya’s minions, so it was really easy for me.

My suggestion for players who are having trouble with the final stage is not to use heroes with spells that are giving buffs for enemies (Vela, Alice, Athena,Grimm…)
Also, there is nuke tactics - bring axes, bombs, dragon attacks and arrows (or harpoons and hunters caltorps) and blow the booses out.

Good luck!

I used Kril 4/70, Grimm 4/70, Melendor C 4/70, Fenrrir 4/80 and Jott 4/70
minor mana and healing potion, 1 time stop and 3 tornados, I did not used battle items until the last stage

Used my stock team. Took a bunch of healing pots and some axes. No need for mono.

Would have been done a bit quicker had SG not nerfed Vela into oblivion but I digress.

My Missis used blue mono (thank you @Saros)

Kiril+10, Grimm+10, Sonya+15, Glenda+8, Miki+0

+500 hp potion, tornadoes, mana potions and time stops ( she used 2, 3, 2 and 1 of the items above).

In the first 4 wave she took care not to loose a hero paying close attention to the time left of the healing debuff and used Kiril and the healing potions as required. Once only one mob left in the wave she charged up everybody and proceeded to the next wave.

The boss fight was straightforward…

Under Kiril’s , Glenda’s and Miki’s buff Grimm hits like a truck loaded with car batteries… (talking about 1200-1300 damage per hit…)

So she kept mana-upping Grimm (mana pots and tornadoes) and shoot the bosses into pieces! I can’t remenber but it took Grimm about four or five shots to clear the bosses…

I think this tactic could work with a second hitter instead of Glenda and maybe a Boril or a second Kiril!

Good luck all!

Finished the last quest with Kiril(+CB)-Magni-Rafaelle-Lepus-Fenrir. Was brining Glenda the first few stages but i noticed that her special overwrites the bonus of the stage. Bringing 2 healers was really helpful since bosses hit like trucks.

Easy with this team:

I used some mana pots for last stage bosses

I had an unlucky cascade before I went to the final stage but still finished it with this team. Only used 2 dragon attacks and a timestop:

I did it with Aegir, Isarnia, Magni, Jott and Tarlak.
Aegir+Jott+Tarlak are a good trio.

Four ascended Magni??! Wow, I guess you really love some blue alien!! I hesitate to ascend just one dupe. 4 blows my mind. :exploding_head:

It actually took me two tries to beat the final level.

First time I went with: KirilCB - Magni - Glenda - Richard - Gullinbursti. I reached the boss stage with no problem but the bosses really hit hard. I totally did not expect that so I lost without even realizing it lol.

Second time I changed my tactics. I actually went with a heavy green team: MelendorC - Lianna - Lianna - Bertila - Gullinbursti (I could not leave the golden boar behind because he was my only health booster). I know you must be asking: but didn’t the enemies reflect green specials? I was worried about the same thing. However, the reality is that it was not a huge obstacle. I just have to time my moves carefully and make sure I use green specials outside of enemies’ reflect. I definitely needed to strategize and think a lot throughout the levels but eventually I made to the boss wave. I had to use a miracle scroll because 3 of my heroes were dead at that point. I used a lot of tornadoes and mana potions to charge up my heroes at the very beginning and used specials to take out one of the two bosses right away. The other one was also half dead. Then I started to play regularly and it was fairly easy at that point.

I have to say, this new omega quest is certainly challenging but I like it. I could not just breeze it through with Proteus or Onatel. It made me actually strategize and I think this is what this should be about.

If your only other options are Thorne or second Richard he seems amazing :man_shrugging:

But tbh he is amazing and I don’t regret maxing 4 of them, they are super usefull for wars. But I don’t recomend maxing more than 2.
