If you are in an alliance for 100 days, you get a bronze medallion. After 200 days silver and after 300 Gold. 365 day diamond? I thought about something new to look forward to for alliance members.
Yes ive been thinking of that too, and give them other ranks than only the 3

I would suggest to swap the abilities of elder and vice. You can kick as an elder and change the description as a vice leader but it should be the other way around. The kick function needs much more responsibility.

good idea. I am almost to diamond now (315 days).
Been a long road and I thought about moving on a couple times. But I have seen some growth.
Just need a couple more mid level players and I think we can move up.
