It was a very generic reply, but myself and other alliance members all got a response from staff about how it was a “challenge event” and was made to be challenging. And that they didn’t have any plans to change the event. Of course this was just a support ticket response, but my alliance sits around global 400 and most of us found it difficult.
It took me til the final day to figure out how to beat each tier. I ended up having all my heroes ready to fire for the boss wave, and with the right specials - was able to fire them all right at the start of the wave. Then hit them with all the strongest battle items I could take for those levels, and I didn’t have to ever move tiles on the final wave. But that was the only way I could get through many of those levels.

No time for that today but will definitely share my predictions tomorrow. On the other hand, I could still have a quick glance at my orbs and they didn’t push any event/summon-related change today so no update today for the last few days of this month and early June.

Very sad to see the “Return to sanctuary” challenge return.
That was simply not fun. Not because it was impossible… But it just wasn’t fun. It took as much as ten minutes of just waiting for opportunities to get through a single stage, and it required multiple play thru on many stages to find the lucky pattern of tiles that could allow you to win.
Trash.
I didn’t bother finishing it, and didn’t bother spending on it because I didn’t want to encourage such a thing. If it takes thirty-minutes to pass the upper stages then you’ve iced out anyone who has a job.
