[Math] Comparing Recruit training- Guaranteed rare vs Elite vs Legendary Training for food storage, XP and generating heroes [Hoarding, XP ]

If you don’t have enough good 4* and 5* heroes ( some heroes are good, some suck, most are okay ), running 1 Legendary training ( RT 20 ) is a great way to store food with a 4* hero produced approximately once per ten days.

Running 2- 3 Legendary trainings is a sucky way to store food, but a good way to generate non-IAP 4* heroes.

If you do not need ANY 4* or 5* heroes from Legendary training, then running 1 Guaranteed rare training ( RT12) is the best way to store food. ( This will change if Devs ever add trading - see Pokemon GO and raid passes/ incubator IAP sales ).

==Data==

Guaranteed rare Training ( RT12 )- 164k food, 45 recruits
3* 100%= 756 XP

Elite Training ( RT13 )- 265 k food, 70 recruits
3* 95%= 0.95 x 756 XP= 718.2 XP
4* 5%= 0.05 x 1080 XP= 54 XP
= 772.2 XP or 343 k food per 1 k XP or 91 recruits per 1 k XP

Legendary Training (RT 20)- 297 k food, 100 recruits
3* 75%= 0.7 x 756 XP= 529.2 XP
4* 20%= 0.2 x 1080 XP= 216 XP
5* 5%= 0.05 x 1440 XP= 72 XP
= 817.2 XP or 364 k food per 1 k XP or 122 recruits per 1 k XP
