I wish for him too (great design and unique + useful effect on Special Skill). Heās 1 year old so has a chance to be there. Weāll see in 2 weeks, hopefully.

Same hereā¦ I am short on 2 and I have 26 trainings ready to pop up from TC20 when its time.
Happened to me last time 
Had 10 heroes ready and 130ish heroes to pull from tc20s. At 5% would be 6 (and a half). Ended up getting only 3, and zero in the first 122 heroes collected ā¦ 
So no Ludwig for this Penguin unfortunately
