I just looked and yeah, she appears to be the best one, in my opinion and she isnāt even available.

So I told myself to take it easy this month, after I went over budget during Solstice, where the results of which were incredibly disappointing. So I only had $2 in my gift card allotment (itās how I budget; disconnected card from this game). Currently, thereās that $1 for one pull on right now, and I figured, wtfā¦ may as well try it.
So I go in, and the light turns blue, so in my head Iām wishing for Ceto, hoping for her, manifesting her, andā¦

I canāt think of a time where I received the one 5* I wanted off of a single pullā¦ & Hell, sheās the only 5* I wanted of these featured (not a fan of the other two at all, or really, any of these 5ās besides Phorcys); canāt believe I got that lucky 
Really needed a nice luck hit, as the last couple weeks have been utter yuck-fests.
Now, while sheās clearly inferior to Anne, I donāt know if there will always be that disparity. I still believe that SG are not done with their balancing - as to me, it seems nonsensical to buff all newer heroes, less they later plan to nerf their SS - so if that does happen, then Ceto and Anne will be on more similar footing. And either way, who doesnāt want Anne in multiple elements, eh? (Especially when ya donāt own original Anne 
)

Managed to get 1x Free Pull, it was Bagrag or whatever his name is.
The bonus chest gave me 200 free coins! But it gave me Mnesseus and Bane

Does anybody know if the atlantis heroes will rotate in this portal? I was hoping to see wilbur costume in this portal

I donāt think he will, as he is part of the Lagoon family, while all the others appearing in this portal are of the Atlantis family.
I also took the same strategy as @RandaPanduh and unhooked my card after solstice lol but added a decent amount to my wallet to buy a few good matt offerās when they come around. I also bought the cheap .99 summons deal on the 4th, only luck was getting the new 3* which was fine and good. But just bought one of the 5 summons coins offers todayā¦ā¦. Yeah boredom got the best of me 
but was pleasantly surprised when this popped on the last pull.
Iām happy with him red 5* are my weakness element of good heroes worth levelling and was not interested in ceto at all, yeah I got tons of good blue 5* and didnāt need another but her SS seemed bad? Nice you can target who you want and the rest get minor damage but the whole debuff after the opponent fires seems silly. And thereās even a time limit for that debuff that only applies after they attack? Not to rain on anyoneās parade for getting her but I canāt see how sheās useful with that weird caveat to the special skill? I think at the very least the opponent should receive some kind of damage in addition to the debuff when they fire but why not just debuff when ceto uses her SS. Seems stupid that I should be happy alfrike gets debuff after my team is all mindless as an example? What am I missing/not seeing?

Congrats on the pull, always nice to get a 5* from a coin offer! I must say that I canāt agree that Ceto isnāt useful, she has a very high attack stat and she does decent damage. Her conditional debuff is the same as Anneās, and I think we can all agree that Anne is extremely strong. If anything it deters opponents from using their special, and if they must, they get the debuff. Ceto is definitely the best of the featured bunch, but of course totally depends on each personās rosters and needs.

Youāll have to forgive some of my poor wording choices about ceto @Kenzo . She has great stats and being able to target the wing if you need to while everyone else still gets hit, even with holes in the defence is great. When I asked how she was useful, really I meant who is she a good opponent for a specific hero? As a counter?
I completely forgot Ann debuffs lol to worried about her devastating damage to be concerned about being debuffed, I seldom last long enough after taking a hit from her to charge someone who wasnāt basically full, I donāt have more than a single 1lb hero so lasting long after Iām hitā¦ā¦ā¦ well lol.
I was serious when I asked how she was āusefulā but didnāt mean to imply that she was useless. Poor wording on my part, partially because it was late in the night and also because Iām a crass, crude person and not very eloquent generally lol.
For me I would have liked jellyfish girl between the 3. Her on a team with freya, another beefy minion summoner that is hopefully average maybe even motega for extra damage ailment from his, a Pengi and a healer of some sort, guess you could even use maxxā¦ā¦ā¦ seems like a interesting combo 
I did my token pulls for the new featured hero, 58 in total including the cumulative coins gained in bonus chestsā¦ this netted a Lasalle, Galopago and the new HotM. Ofcourse all UT dupes but at least now I have the HotMā¦

I started with 58 coins, used a few flasks to do 21 normal mode, 1 free pull got me Mnesseus, I always get a lot of him from UT and Atlantis, why do I always get a lot of this guy.

Sorry for the bad luck, it is very frustrating getting dupes as repeatedly as it seems to happen, have that problem myself anyway. And now to sit with them in your roster while se is nowhere to be found or even confirmed for next month is sure to be a sour experience. Getting dupes is unpleasant enough but having them eat up valuable roster space for a indeterminate time is severely irritating 
having limited space for feeders makes levelling the SS of what youāre working on crap especially for 3*, and the time of obtaining the feeders from camp at that point is so much back and forth clicking and scrolling, when that time would much rather be spent playing the game than fumbling through menu windows smh

Oh wowā¦ feeling your frustrationā¦but Iām a bit meh lately and the lack of roster space has just become the normā¦when they throw a good deal including roster slots out there I will usually bite (unless itās a bottom of the pile expensive only thing useful is last thing then its a hard pass) as far as SE itās great for collectors or beginners and I have been feeding dupes for sometime now, so as one of the guppies, SE is nice but not expecting any excitable must have miracles. I have been backing out slowly due to the very frustration you describe however I must admit that getting duplicate 5* is better than a 10 pull of S1 3*
I hope your luck changes and you pull the hero you desire ā¦

When unpleasant things are the norm there are only a couple options. Get mad, which is not enjoyable. Get upset that it never changes, which is also not enjoyable. Or take a position of indifference or apathy. The first 2 options make people walk away from things eventually, a neutral stance allows you to remain, it swings back and forth between anger and upset but you must return to neutrality in order to make remaining tolerable and even then you end up leaving, it just takes longer.

I had a single pull, also pulled him again. Every time I see green appear in this or an Atlantis portal I know itās going to be him. I suppose itās marginally better than seeing Friar Tuck, who is the other 3* green I always used to get.

Have feed many fried tucks to other heroes, pity the marbling of the meat and richness of the preparation does not speed the fating up of who Iām levelling eating the bones of a Oberon works equally well smh
