[SOLVED] 2019 HotM Elemental Defense Buff Not Stacking

So I have Frida and Ranvir, who both have elemental defense buff to their weaker element. I would have figured they would stack as elemental defensive downs stack (see screen shot). I would like Aegir and Zim to stack as well, but I can see how that would be against current president, so I would leave that alone, but the elemental def buff does go against president so I would (and obviously am) argue that is a bug.
