I went with a different team than normal and it was easy
Darkfeather / cHel / Zenobia / c2 Boldtusk / Liu Bei
The final boss was funny. I went into the boss stage with fully charged mana for all heroes, I didn’t even have to move a single tile, I just fired Darkfeather then the other specials and all of the bosses were dead 
I wish they would add 1 or 2 new stages in trials so they are a bit harder and give extra emblems, the only problem with it would be requiring too much energy.

Technically they prob could (should) increase the emblems for each stage … Being new heros are brought out every other day.
It wouldnt hurt sgg that much, i guess if sgg would like a casual player to play still don’t have to be loads a slight increase its good for everyone .

Since they already increased it once, i doubt they ever will again, although they definitely should do.
Double what it is now would be nice and helpful.

Continuing to mess around with Telonius and DoT, so this time, I went with:
- Rhys 4^85+20
- Telonius +20
- Vela +20
- C1 Kelile +18
- Zhabog +20
Keeping Telonius from accidentally reaching second charge is harder than it sounds. He might actually be a more useful hero if he only had the one special skill, or if his second one did something else. Still, I did manage to enter the boss wave with everybody ready to fire. It looks like the bosses can stand about 5 turns of the Telonius-buffed DoT from this team before poofing, which isn’t a bad result. And you don’t have to worry about Boril’s riposte (not that most folks do anymore.) I still kinda want to at least LB1 Vela and Telonius to see if it would make a DoT-heavy team viable in raid offense, but I feel like legendary troops are more or less the end of DoT heroes being useful anyway.
Cleric emblems saved, probably for Leadria, long-term. Druid emblems saved for Viselus, who also gets the trainer hero.

Black Caesar is the only good damage dealer I have but I had plenty of healing and defensive buffs with Virgil, Kailani, Leadria & Faiez which enabled me to outlast them.
