10 pull got me only epic and rare this time.
Then I did 2x single, both rare.
Weirdly, I only have 3 alpha left and it decides to not give me any… when I had 20 or more, it seemed to give me one every time

You must have got 5 individual Alpha Ethers instead of Super Alpha Combo

Why do you think it should be 6? Super alpha combo gives 5. You got 1 super alpha, 2 epic, and 7 rare combo for a ten pull

Cross reference with this in the OP:
You have received only 1 Master Trainer hero in total, which was a 4* so you should only get 5 Alphas.
