Yeah, so I’m late with this extra info… I did less than 10 more summons after I last posted and landed Delilah. My daughter did maybe ¾ of the summons I did before Delilah came knocking.
When Zeline was the HotM I did maybe 40 summons and got 2 of her. It is a random chance, with chance being the operative word.
