Mana speed - charging enemy heroes

A lot of us probably know this →

Very Slow: 13.5 tiles
Slow: 12 tiles
Average: 10 tiles
Fast: 8 tiles
Very Fast: 6.5 tiles

My question is → How much tiles do we need to charge opponent’s heroes exactly?

My guess is →

Very Slow: 14.5 tiles
Slow: 13 tiles
Average: 11 tiles
Fast: 9 tiles
Very Fast: 7.5 tiles

I’m not 100% sure. My question applies to heroes without any troops speeding up their mana.
