Will the Malosi avatar be available again?
It is possible. But so far we haven’t seen any of the newer HotM enter the shop rotation for purchase.
It may very well be that the PoV avatars will remain a one-time thing.

As Guv stated, it seems each PoV will only have the current and upcoming HotM, but hopefully it will be available to you sometime in the future.
