It really depends on your lineup and how you want to use them
If you have a grimble I recommend chakky otherwise malicna. Chakky fits in really well in today’s meta vs krampus bk sif ariel Odin Garnet vanda c kad, especially if you can get him to 9 tiles with grimble. Malicna is an underrated star with 2 good outcomes and one outcome that can almost win a match for you on its own, and of course boost your other purples

If this is for rush war, I think I’d stick with Bera tank.
Also, I vote for Malicna.

For rush tank, I’ve been getting one shot with Bera as tank. I flank her with Heim and odin/gm with magni in wing. No costume. Working on Isarnia costume at the moment.

Both Odin and GM are great heroes. However, your defence is currently too fast for very fast wars. I also suggest placing any reviver such as Heim on the left wing.
I’ve to add that I vote for Malicna in general. Exception: Chakko seems much better for very fast war tank. It’s only when Malicna casts her most powerful Alternative, that I have trouble against her (as the tank).

Malicna is a good hero, but for a rush tank it’s gotta be Chakkoszrot.
I think at the end of the day we need to look at which hero are you going to use most.
I personally don’t prioritise levelling a hero that I am only going to use occasionally such as a “Rush War Tank”.
On that basis I have prioritised Malicna before Chakkoszrot
