Make the 3* hero team, which one for each color?

I have a main team with 2 of 5* heroes and 3 of 4* heroes.
My questions are

  1. Is it nessessary to make Team of 3* heroes? If yes, how many teams?
  2. If yes, what hero for each color to make the strong team?

These are all 3* heroes I have.

Focus feeders on your main team. Level 3* if you run out of 4/5*s to level.

3*s are only needed for the rare tire of challenge events like the ongoing Grimforest, but it’s not a big deal if you can’t do it. Your main team is more important.
