Currently, Red is the only color without a dispeller at any level.
Purple has Sabina, Panther, Domitia, Seshat, Kage, etc.
Yellow has only Vivica in costume.
Blue has Sonya and Frida.
Green has Zeline, Caedmon, Melendor, Evelyn, etc.
Meanwhile Red has absolutely no dispellers of any rarity.
This leaves red unable to counter many buffs and especially hurts red on rare titans. Since rare green titans have a 5 turn immunity to status ailments, it would really help if Red got a dispeller (or really several) to remove this ailment protection.
