Did you send your ticket using the in-game support button? We are currently not experiencing higher ticket volume than usual, so you should get a response in a few business days. Also, make sure you don’t close your tickets with Answer Bot automatic solutions if you still need help. You can also register an account in our support website to review all your support requests and their statuses.
Thank you for the reply.we made request on the support button and via e-mail direct on support@,in correct mode.but no answer.and now we are suspended,without a reason
