Don’t know how to reach him.
Could you send him a mail that he has to come back?Tnx in advance.
He isn’t registered on the Forum (at least not by that name).
Do you know if he frequents the in-game chat rooms? You could put out feelers there…

Leave a spot open, in case he comes back.
Second idea… if he posted in the alliance chat recently, you can check if he join another alliance. Then, if that alliance has another spot open, one of you from Dutch Masters should join that alliance and explain to him the mistake…
