Lost Roster Alliance Everything!

I just had a problem with my game today which I tried resolving by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. This has worked in the past. This time however it has me starting a whole new name and from the very beginning without any of my info!

HELP! Please if someone knows what to do here I would appreciate some help.
