I guess he was not able to log into the game due to the update and not being able to download the game update.

But I can play without update… they don’t force the update yet.

I guess your best bet is to wait for the update then submit a ticket.

I have the same issue on android device and losing day VIP status.

same problem on ios. worked this morning now needs update but none there …

Do you by chance play on multiple devices, and you already updated one of them?

If so, I’ve seen people get stuck in this loop before when one device is updated, but the update for the other device isn’t available yet.
