Also something to try is to play to the end of the tutorial. I needed to put the game on my phone instead of my tablet, and I had saved through Game Center (iOS). My phone was using the same game center account, and that silly thing didn’t recognize that I already had an account until I was finished the tutorial. I don’t know if It was my phone being slow, or because it just needed me to get to that point. Either way, it’s something to try while you wait for a reply!
