I am kind of new and heard some rumbling about incorrect loot tiers. Here is the loot I just got. Is the tier correct? The loot is nice though. 
Yes. Loot tier = Titan level + performance level. 0 for C, 1 for B, 2 for A, 3 for A+. A B rating on a 5* titan should give loot tier 6 as shown.

Thanks. I have seen lots of talk on this. I am happy with my warm cape. That makes 2 now. Not quite there for needing them yet but as I have read will be needing them soon.
