After playing for 3 years, it’s time to find a retirement alliance for my second account. I’m looking for an alliance that caps their titans at 10 stars with no intention of going higher. Where war is optional, but I’ll use all my flags if I opt in. I’m looking for friendly, mature, active players who still enjoy the game but in a relaxed way.

We’d love to have you at Ballz of Mingieee. Adult group with fun chat. Mostly 9* titans. No extra communications apps. During war we have a loose timing strategy, but use of flags is more important. Drama free group.
Check in with Ithilien Alliance. We are exactly all you described above, a bunch of (in-game) veterans up to 1200 days of gameplay, relaxed about titans and wars, killing 9* at a steady pace, with no war requirements, strategy or coordonation, just use the flags and have fun.

Check out Faithful Defenders. I started it as as somewhat of a retirement alliance. We are currently on 7* titans. War is optional, and not much strategy is used, just that flags are use and use wisely.

Nerd Herd is a very casual alliance hitting 8-9* titans. War is optional, and even flags aren’t policed, though most of our active core uses all of them. There is NO STRESS about anything. Occasionally, this leads to a little frustration for some members, but overall we are all just happy to chat and play. We have a mix of higher level players and newer players, but no top tier players. We’re quite relaxed, but still pretty active, and we have fun.
Honestly the kind of alliance that doesn’t ever really post here. There are only a couple of us that even have forum accounts.
This might be TOO relaxed for you, but your post caught my attention so I thought I’d throw it out there.

@princess1 You might consider We Don’t Kneel. We’re mainly a bunch of old timers, we’re not looking to push for top anything, but try our best at what we do.
We waver between 10-11* titans and land where we land. There’s a lot of F2P in our ranks so high level titan items aren’t seen often. Rares are the only thing we really push for unless we just decide to have fun 
Wars are a different story… if you’re in, you’re in and 6 flags are expected. If you’re opted out then that’s cool, too 
We rarely have that but we do have real lives so it happens. We have a tank color to follow and really no hitting strategy… again, we have real lives. We win more than we lose so it works for us.
Sometimes we get chatty and other times we’re quiet. Whatever we are, we’re never rude or offensive. It’s not allowed… momma LS won’t allow it. LOL.
