Pengi without even the slightest hesitation. Still the best sniper in this game. Especially if you have Krampus, Bera, Freya, Zuri or any other quality minion summoner. Miki doesn’t benefit nearly as much even though he’s a great option and Magni has a great costume, but he’s nowhere near Pengi and it doesn’t improve his DD so it doesn’t make him that much more effective.
