Leonidas got 0 live but hé was still activated in my team.

If you say Leonidas is dead but his mana bar shows full status, it is normal. There are heroes which can resurrect a hero (or more), such as Alberich and Mother North. After resurrection, the hero has already full mana and can fire.
Besides, Leo is a vampire… An undead.
But if he has very low HP and fires afterwards he regains some health., self heal 75% of damage dealt.
You heroes are on fire!!! (Literally)

Hé was dead, so not the mana bar and normaly the hero is gray when hé is dead but he was still normal colored.
