I’m not sure what to do in the game at the moment with my red and yellow feeders. I have been playing since February and have summoned only one legendary thus far (Thorne). I buy the Atlantis deals each month and estimate that between gems, Atlantis coins and epic hero tokens that I’ve done at least 200 summons. I also only roll during challenge and Atlantis events. I would think that I would have at least gotten 2/3 heroes of the month and 1/2 event or Atlantis legendaries. I have trained a few legendaries at least: Domitia, Richard, Magni and Liana. I’ve prioritised levelling my training camps and switch between two and three training camps running at level 20.
My three questions are:
Is the percentages of legendary summons actually much lower than shown in the game?
Is it worth spending money on the other deals (other than Atlantis) to get some legendaries?
Should I starting using yellow and red feeders for blue and green heroes?
No, the posted odds seem right. The trouble is low-probability outcomes have a very high variance. You could easily do 100 pulls without getting a 5* hero,(about an 8% chance for that). If you aren’t running two TC20s, I’d strongly urge you to do so.
It’s your money… Atlantis pulls are the best deal because of the excellent 3* and 4* heroes available, and the small premoum pays itself back with the ascension chest. Event pulls are often good as well, again because the 4* event heroes are fairly easy to summon and often very valuable (Merlin, Jackal, Panther, Hansel, Gretel, Peters).
Yes, if you don’t have any useful green or purple projects.
1.Is the percentages of legendary summons actually much lower than shown in the game?
I don’t know for sure, all I know is that the displayed odds are very low and your own odds may vary. I’ve had pretty bad luck when it comes to my own summons as well, but others have had great luck…? I would need to know exactly how much you spent / how many summons you did vs. what you got to be able to say whether or not your luck was average, better than average or below average.
2.Is it worth spending money on the other deals (other than Atlantis) to get some legendaries?
“Worth spending” is a very subjective idea. IMO, it’s not worth spending hundreds of dollars chasing any hero, but some people think it’s fine. I don’t think it particularly matters what summon you go for, your “overall” odds of pulling a 5* are going to be very low no matter what you do. I think most of the regular spenders save their money for specific events because they’re looking for specific heroes from those events.
3.Should I starting using yellow and red feeders for blue and green heroes?
I usually only save feeders if I’m waiting on / hoping for a certain pull, or for the last whatever it is I need to ascend a certain hero. Otherwise, if I’ve been sitting on those feeders for weeks and still don’t have anyone better to feed them to, I just feed them to whatever other random hero I’m working on at the time.
Odds are about right imo. I didn’t get my very first 5 star until about 6 months of playing in. I just go into every gate not expecting a 5 star.
Imho, that is a tad subjective. Example the only deal I even consider spending money on is the Atlantis deal because if you buy all the stock, you can get 5 pulls. 4 with gems and 1 with coins. I am borderline f2p and c2p. My only thing is now that the challenge coins have been introduced, make the flash offer give 3 challenge coins along with the gems. I hope they do that next event though. That would be awesome.
If you got no other holy or fire heroes to work on then yes. Just use the off colors to top off levels or make a dent into the next bar so you won’t need as much as that is what I do.
