Wouldn’t make any difference, no it would even be worse.
The teams are already fix on both sides, so if you remove him or not won’t make any difference how many opponents you will face.
The points are also fix for both sides, so there is no difference how many points the opponent can score total when killing the whole field (around 1500points).
The only difference, when you remove the ex member the opponent needs less attacks to score the same points. They already have 6 attacks more because of the one missing on your side and if you remove him they have also one team less to kill to get the 1500 available points for killing everyone once (the remaining teams will be worth more if you remove the ex member)
