As the alliance leader of 27 crows, a relatively new alliance i was wondering if you could do some feed back from leavers? When i left my past alliance i did just that in the alliance chat, it was a 30 strong alliance with only 5, sometimes 6 of us actually fighting in wars and against titans, never really getting above a 3*! I also let them all know what i had planned with the formation of my own. I realise that people come and go, but is there a pattern? Not everybody joins an alliance to chat and bond, given, but I’d like to grow and develop mine, and sometimes that needs more than great heros, teams need great leaders too, and knowledge is the greatest tool.
