There is no comparison 
Luna is one of the best hero. I took diaochan from SE just for roster space and don’t think she will get mats any time soon. Luna is in my defence team and she is great for both offensive and defensive use.

The only knock on Luna is the speed of her animation. Other than that, she’s simply awesome.
Diaochan I wanted forever & finally pulled, power leveled and then couldn’t find a spot for her. Love the fast heal but the minion mechanic was too slow for my play style (aka impatient lol).
