Lack of balance in raids

Because the defense team has an attack bonus, to balance the advantage that you have as an attacker.

About 20% bonus to dmg. And it is not shown.

Yes, like @Witch said above (and provided good links), defense has some bonuses to compensate the advantages of the attacker.
