[SOLVED] Kingston's debuff doesn't work properly (fixed in V24)

I have passed this information along to our dev and QA team for a closer look, thanks for reporting (and congrats on Summoning Kingston!) [EDIT] we have found the issue and will have it fixed in V24. Thanks for reporting

I suggest not using Kingston until he’s fixed.
