Is King Arthur still worth of ascension mat? I do have enough emblems for him and I don’t have Frida so I am using 3* for blue EDD.
Although I don’t have a super blue sniper my blue offense squad is decent which includes Melina, Mr. Pengi, Lord loki, Glenda, C Krampus, Vela, Iris etc.
Should I ascend King Arthur?
He will be useful in the long run. He works at 70 for titans, but at max emb he can survive in battles. If you have all mats give him the push. He is worthy
You already have a very good roster. Probably he will not add a great deal, but he is still good to have for certain situations/ combinations, so I would ascend him if I were you. Depends also on who are his “competitors” and what they bring
He’s definitely useful for titans. I also don’t have Frida, so I ascended him, emblemed and don’t look back. However, for my war roster, the King appeared to late to be part of the team. He just sits there and boosts the morale of the rest with his dignity.
I’m also somebody who raised him just for titans. Seeker is wrong about him boosting your score because Titan isn’t about special hits, it’s about tile hits. I have a very strong blue roster, but King Arthur has raised my score about 20k due to the tile hit extra damage. So if you have the mats, and care about titan scores, definitely worth raising.

? Of course EDD brings a great advantage against titans. I might not have expressed myself clearly enough, but my assessment was that overall (keeping in mind all aspects of the gameplay - war, challange events, tower events, raids, titan etc) he would not add a great deal, but he is good to have for certain situations/ combinations (titan or with a sniper).
But now it always depends how much priority the OP gives to titans and what are the alternatives. So I think we are on the same page, especially since I also said

This part, where you said he wouldn’t add a great deal. If this is the roster the guys using for titans, he’s probably only scoring 40k or so depending on items on high star titans. My score went up to 60kish using the same amount of items (which is not many honestly). Now sure, 60kish isn’t a high score, but that’s a significant improvement on my past scores, and added a “great deal”. That’s the only part of your comment I disagreed with.
I’ve ascended and put him at +20 emblems just for 14* Titans. Never ever regretted my decision since he’s my only 5* ice elemental down. Most of the time end up top 3 attackers because of him. Other 5* ice Ive got maxed and emblemed: Milena, Morel, Cobalt, Zircon and Crystalis (rarely use Crystalis).

But it all depends on what you would enjoy and your collection 
I’ve had him 3/70 for ages now and used him against titans for a very long time now. I got Frida sometime this year so she replaced my Arthur, but I still miss that attack down everytime. To me it’s very helpful as I fight 14* titans and try to use very minimum amount of timestops etc (1-2 per hit). I believe against lower level titans and with cheap items he would be just as helpful, if not more.
I would’ve ascended him back in the day when I got him, it always was in my planlist but just never happened… I have no experience of him on offense, but I can imagine he pretty much shuts the target down (with attack down) and with the edd your next blue hero’s special / tiles will handle the rest. And he can take some hit being a paladin and with pretty tanky stats.
I do t have him but certainly would level and emblemed him at least for titans
It’s very hard to keep Nordri alive against high star titans
Not sure how good he’s in raids and wars in the current meta
If you don’t have Frida then yes, you really should. I can see no reasonable reason not to. In a stack or as the lone blue he’ll do a job for you. You won’t be upset… Unless you get Frida and even then he still has his uses.

My Arthur is +19, but yeah. Same story here. No Frida, so when Arthur popped out of HA10 I ramped him up.
I would definitely ascend him if you don’t have Frida. EDD never goes out of style.
This is an easy decision. If you don’t have Frida, you should definitely level King Arthur. Really good hero.
