Kakeburato dispel buff is applied before hit. All others heros ( Frida, Domitia, Seshat, Evelyn) apply dispell AFTER hit. This cause that kakeburato never receive counter attack.

The order of actions written in heroes’ skills matters.
That’s one of the reasons Kage is nice.
