Ok i was lucky to get costumed kadilen.
My maxed greens are alby, telluria and kingston.
I was leveling Lianna and she is level 70 one step away from last ascension.
Does kadilen get tonics before lianna?
Is heimdall a better option?

Kadilen is better for attacks but Heimdall is better for defense, both are insane for tournaments on top of making your life easier on S3 maps, your choice

Who do you think the anticipated team will be for either hero? I ask… bc I run mono so I’d go with Lianna for more direct damage. But if you 3/2 or something and have enough snipers in the other color, I think kadilen would a great support hero.
And I wouldn’t do heimdall over either of them since you have telluria. I do think he is going to be a key hero as we move further into S3.

I hate the fact that this game gives me so many good green heroes and yet i struggle with blue.
I’ve got some snipers, down is my full roster…
Lately I’ve been going mono on wars but sometimes i go 3/2

In my honest opinion, given what you have said about your current max green, I would focus on levelling Lianna first - 100%

You’ve got a great roster dupe Sonya wouldn’t be a bad option if you get another.
And if you use li for war, I’d definitely get her costume maxed for the bonus.
