To me is perfect as is it in the second pic. Dealing 135% damage and 298 over 2 turns on 3 target is pretty good and the very fast speed make so that the DoT uptime could be high… and that it could be dispelled only 1 tick, lasting 2 time at best.
Pretty deadly, it have a name that suit him.
