Are you saying that an enemy Ice hero hits with 314% damage?

I’ll point out that the “Ice Buff” goes into the damage calculator INSIDE the exponent (the power). Conversely, the damage multiple (314%) gets applied OUTSIDE the exponent… Thus one is not linearly affecting the other.
