I have not tried, but I’m not sure what you mean exactly.
Ludwig will give Jade mana. However 100% will only be one charge for Jade, so she won’t go fully up to 300%.
Yes. He gives 16.6%, 33.3%, 50%, 66.7%, 83.3%, 100% over 6 turns which is 350% which is enough to charge any ninja to 3rd charge
