Also I have still yet to get a blue mana troop, and my play style is 3-1-1.
For 5*s I have enough mats to ascend one. I also have a number of fighters (Kingston, Tyr and Nemo) that would get emblems ahead of either Fenrir or Magni. I do have an overload of Monk emblems I could give Raffaele who would help for towers etc. 2nd Frida would probably only be used for mythic titan really.
4 star wise I am unsure about mireweave, Triton would give me something a bit different, and I was considering doing second Sonya just on costume side to give another cleanser.
3stars I have been working on recently for depth, if I do one of the healers which is better?
Personally, I’d max Sonya and Boril’s costume. Mireweave and triton sit on my team maxed and never used. Raffy is amazing for the towers and if you have no Monk project, max him. Of the healers, I use Helo a lot more. Frosty is good paired with Kvasir.
I really like my Triton. I use him all the time with Kiril. They make a versatile duo. Either more healing or more damage on the sniper. They adapt to your need.
Starting with the 3*s my pick is frosty but I might be bias as I’ve enjoyed using him. It’s basically picking between minion or cleanse so whatever is more useful to you personally. I don’t think you can go wrong either way
4*s -i would look at Triton. He’s squishy and his hit isn’t anything interesting but the heal % increase would pair well with your kiril who heals on the lower side percentage wise. Sonya double costume is also a decent idea as you have said.
5s -raff can be good but I’d personally wait on the 5s because c kiril is already so good at filling the healer section without using scopes. If you have lots of mats and aren’t expecting another 5* any time soon, I’m sure he will do well for you and can turn the tides on a match. Magni is another option with a good snipe, high tile damage for titans and to place between 2 low Def heroes to help them survive though I know you don’t have the emblems at the moment
Mireweave is useless. I try to find something to like in all heroes but she just falls flat. I maxed her straight away when I got her too…waste of food.
Triton as said has good synergy with Kiril. And if if you spare the emblems he’s a decent sniper too.
Fenrir is really good. Since you have no emblems really spare his special actually lends himself to that as once they get under 50% health even no emblems he hits crazy hard. Magni is a bit different I found…he really needs the emblems.
I would do Sonya costume, then Helio or Frosty because costumes and 3*'s are fast to level. Then depending on if you have the mats, I would do Magni. If you still are waiting on 4* mats, then do Triton. Mireweave isn’t that useful overall. After Magni, then Fenrir.
Fenrir is great to pair with another sniper so you can get the enemy below 50% hp.
I use Kiril+cb + Frida + C.Magni + Fenrir on my blue team.
I love Frosty, though I am probably biased as he is the first hero I maxed (ok, second, after Sharan ) and then the first I limit broke. I still use him in wars as a healer paired with Frosth since I like to use two healers.
Objectively, I can imagine though that Helo might be as good and sometimes even better with the cleanse. Frosty receives however extra points for his class - Rogue, surviving many hits that should have killed him.
Next I would go for Sonya’s and Boril’s costumes since they are cheap to do and also give an important bonus to the main heroes.
Finally, for 5* I’d do Raffaelle, since he’s a great healer and I love healers.
I did my Triton and feed Mireweave to him! Mireweave needs to built her stack to be useful, it worked on map stages and in quests, were you have enough mob waves before you reached the bosses. For tournaments or wars she is to weak and most times dead before a stack builds. I have better blue options so I fed her away…

Thought as much… I’m somewhere in the middle of the said food wasting process, so, I’ll finish the job anyway, but I’m not thrilled about, just nothing better to work on…
I’m sure she’s good in the right set up but in Blue 4* there’s a lot of other better choices.
If she hit 3 a bit harder than 150% or her attack was higher than 697 she might have a use. I get why she may be held back due to the stack but when are you really getting her special off 10 times? Grinding through tower events maybe?? But even then she doesn’t play at all with the new Rare attack stat you get from the tower itself. She actually doesn’t work in it at all.
I levelled her straight away thinking she would be a good hero for my 4* blue team. You realise very quickly that Grimm is better. I’d rather run multiple Grimms, especially if you can mix and match the costume
