Attack Up
At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% attack for 6 turns. In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
Ability: Dodge Special Damage This character has a 10% chance to dodge Special skills that deal damage.
Resist: Resist Status Ailments From Minions This character has innate resistance against status ailments that are from Minions.
Special Skill: Stupendous Break In
Steals all dispellable buffs from the target and randomly distributes them on allies.
Steals 35% mana from the target and distributes it to allies.
All allies get +35% attack for 2 turns.
Element Link gives +10% mana generation for all Holy allies for 4 turns. This effect cannot be dispelled.

Is it worth bringing to the fight? I feel like there are a lot better heroes out there that can do much more… mostly limitted to countering aethers power I guess…
Needs a bump in her mana steal % and attack boost % to be useful imo.
With that being said, I would max and use as my roster is limitted.
I do need to start a yellow project urgently. But in order to manage the slot number, i had to choose no summon during her days if she doesn’t buff for any healing / damaging / summoning skill, just like Rhys.
I couldn’t think of any hero that could open or break up a single target like himeros or kage. But the problem is she doesn’t deal damage. And so the fire power is really weak.
And when she steals the buffs she distributes it to everyone. if she steals it for herself then she’s kind of worth it . Because she can steal the taunt for herself and use her 30% combined dodge to work hand in hand with the taunt
…on the other hand, not only is there (at least on these forums) a strong anti-sniper prejudice, but it seems like Ithar is sort of a “if you don’t have a Kageburado/Fogg-type dispel-then-hit” fill-in-the-gap hero, but requires you to use two heroes instead of one, and also kinda requires you to have and use a yellow sniper if you want to follow up semi-reliably….
That’s not nothing, but seems kinda niche, possibly even for many F2P/C2P folks who might most look forward to new HotM utility.
Ithar is pretty good for countering GHippo (and similarly-abilitied heroes) but fully leveling/embleming/LB/etc Ithar to counter such a specific mechanic seems like a lot of work for that.
I like the idea of Ithar, and hurrah for stat buffs, but it is also still bizarre that (according to the information we have so far at least) she has her atk/def (and LB2 ability) seemingly the wrong way around for much anything other than tile damage.
She falls in the same situation as Margaret back in the day, where Margaret has quite a defensive skill that almost doesn’t do anything at times but she compensates with very high attack/low def

I agree with a lot of posts above, think it is good enough and give all players a chance to play the game while many teams have an alpha taunter.
Maybe it could be tweaked a little more.
Shes no mad hatter but at VF, I’ll take her. I have 2 hatters and use them both alot. Plus my yellow is pretty shallow. A welcome addition thats easily attainable…
