I’m using an item harvester and I’m not getting increased items.

Ridiculously useless items.
No bug, just crap.

Also remember that it only works in S1 stages, no quests/challenges/S2/S3

I used several Iron Harvesters on different accounts, I can vouch for these that they work just fine and are very helpful.

They work. I got two O nuggets once and was pleased as all hell.
