Frank’s special while using his new costume does not work and has no affect at all
C-Frank needs to kill, with his special, enemies and/or enemy minions to cast the debuff/stack on the enemies.

Having used franks costume it has worked exactly as intended.
So you have further explanation/screenshot/video that can help the elaborate on what you mean?

I tried that, he killed with his special but with no affects to remaining enemies

- In case it’s map stages, he won’t do any effect to enemies at the next waves.
